“Good for family with children.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2013 via mobile

Took a package here for 3days 2nights. As it was a school holiday period, we were quite lucky to be able to get a room without booking in advance. The staffs were friendly, polite and helpful. We stayed in the garden room. The kids had so much fun in the room pool although the water was way too cold in the morning. The chlorine smell was too strong unfortunately. The buffet breakfast spread were great.

The hotel location was quite far from shops and eateries. It's best to have own vehicle during your stay. We had dinner at the nearby restaurant called Embok Village, the food was yummy and affordable. Seafood were fresh. One of the best in the area so far for us. And I would give full stars if only the ironing board n iron were included in every room! Overall, a great resort for holiday.

took a premium pool villa bout two weeks ago...a bit pricey RM1+++ but i'm very satisfied with the services & the room...there's a double twin king size bed, large room, nice private pool with the ocean's view & there's also a glass in the middle of the room to see the ocean's below eventhough we can't see a fish through it due to the troubled wates...it's a excellent experience & my kids seem enjoyed stay there...their smile on their face is priceless...the breakfast is just nice & very crowded...other than that everything is excellent...

Chose this hotel as we need a short, stress free n relaxing trip, away frm city life.check in n check out was fast.expect the hotel to b crowded as it was spore school holiday but it was quiet.a plus point for me n hubby as we can have a really quiet time together..we booked the deluxe pool but got a executive instead.maybe due to the low crowd...
Staff: friendly..greeted us when ever they saw us..
Room: marvellous...love the private pool to the
max as we can swim at wateva time we want. Fridge need to b fix as it was not cold enough.
Breakfast:a variety spread frm asian to western
Price : quite ex but worth
There is no exquisite restaurant xcept for seafood stall everywhere. There is also mcdonald n supermarket at their new pd waterfront .
Travelling would b better with ur own transport as walking around is not advisable.
Overall:we do have the relaxing time that we wanted..will b come back again but with friends or family as it was quite bored after sometime, not much activity to do in pd..

Its 30th march 2013, we booked online for the Grand Pool Villa. The hotel's selling point is the glass pool view of the ocean under each villa and also a small dipping pool for each room. Paid in advance and proceeded to go to the hotel. Arrived slightly before 2pm...our rooms were not ready...waited...almost an hour...later got driven in a golf cart to the villa over the ocean, got exited, once got there, didnt get the room we asked for, found out that they gave the 'Upper' room...so no glass pool...no ocean view...called the front desk...first said there were no 'lower' room with the glass pool ocean view...after insisting to talk to the manager then only said there were some 'lower' rooms available but not cleaned yet...waited for 2 hours!..kept calling the front desk every half hour...rooms were still not ready...mentioned that housekeeping was busy preparing rooms for guests that weren't checked in yet...we were told to just wait.. 5pm (way past any standard check in time) still not relocated to our chosen rooms...4 adults and 3 children waiting in a 1 room is not comfortable...this is becoming THE WORST hotel check in experience I've ever had...congratulations Grand Lexis...

To be fair, once we got our rooms, it was clean and spacious, with a 4m deep private pool in the room. Extra additional cost activities include ride on Segways and Archery for the kids were not bad.

Stay one night for easter holiday in the premium pool viila.

Lobby decor is nice but Check in is rather slow.

The room is huge. There are 2 King size bed that could fit in 4 adults no problem.
The pool inside the room is quite awesome, but you cant really "swim" there since its rather small.
The toliet and bath is ok. Nothing thrilling.
Small kitchen also avaliable, however I didnt used it.

For facilities the pool is ok.
As I can see there are bicycles, but there arent much place for you to cycle at.
I didnt check out the gym so no comment on that one.
The hotel is in middle of nowhere so there is pretty much nothing to do at night.

Breakfast is ok. Just ok.

Nothing really "wow" me and its rather expensive.
For people never stayed there its ok to try but I guess one time is enough.

Everything was excellent as the comments of the others who have stayed. A wonderful hotel in Port Dickson.!! However for those beach lovers, there is no beach in this hotel. The rooms are really spacious and we had a comfortable stay. However the buffet breakfast is not so superb, need to have more varities i guess. Very worth for money even if it is expensive.

Room Tip: We stayed in Executive Suite Pool Villa.
