We came here because a family member had a meeting at the hotel so we decided to tag along. Bad idea. When we arrived the lobby was overcrowded and wet from people coming out of the pool. The room was not a hotel room but it was an apartment. A very low end plain apartment. Swimming pool was too crowded and people went in to swim in normal clothes. Beach? Disgusting. That's all I can say. Just disgusting. There is a park that is very nice though.

The only reason to stay here is when you are in a big group wanting to squeeze everyone in the same place. I went with a group of 6 and got ourselves a 3-bedrooms unit. Else, i will surely skip this and go for better ones in twin/triple sharing settings.

Areas to improve:
- long check-in time... office still using ancient dinosaur-age system aka manual writing of customers info at counter even with pre-booking arrangement
- extremely costly at such standard (RM700 for a 3-br unit) .. oh well, it is during peak season and i guess hard to argue with them...
- rooms are poorly maintained with fan-like aircon, greyish disty sofa set, spoilt heater, bare kitchen, etc
- slow response from operation/maintenance team....
- nothing-to-crave-for breakfast
- tired looking exterior

the only good thing is the helpful parking attendant

Positive points:
1. Excellent front desk - good service even in rush hours
2. Clean bed rooms
3. Excellent sea view (provided you pay for sea view)

Negative points:
1. Wanted towels (they forgot to put in toilets in first place) and called the room service. It took 3 calls over one hour and a bit of scolding to finally get it.
2. One of our toilets had issues with drainage flow, but with prior experience of room service, we just survived with flowing water slowly.
3. The pools were very dirty probably because people may not be showering before entering the pools.
4. The beach is quite a walk away (like 200 m). Not so bad, but still not exactly opposite the hotel.
5. My room fan was noisy, so had to shut it down. Was ok because AC was working fine.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay so no complains. Would definitely choose this place if coming in a big group.

Room Tip: Sea view apartments are nice.

My family of four stayed in a two bedroom "suite". Quite spacious but way too tired looking. It is grossly misleading to grandiosely call it a suite. The furniture and all furnishing looked drab and in real need of complete refurbishing. The view from our place was great though. The beach was nearby but not that great. We were there during a weekend and the swimming pool was really crowded. There was a family day event and it was really noisy at night. Luckily we were on the 11th floor. I would think it could have been unbearable for those staying on the lower floors. We tried the spa which was situated in a beautiful Bali-like garden. It was quite good and reasonably priced. I suppose for the price we were paying, we should not be expecting something way beyond it. But then again, don't call it "suites" when it is really not it.

Looks from the entrance outside view are grand. but service is poor and slow. The food very disappointing and better opt for somewhere else. Large living room, 2 x room double bed and one master bedroom queen sized bed. common apartment layout. Nothing to boast about. Suitable for large family overnights if with childrens. Accomodates 6 /7 adults.
