“Best hotel in Banjarmasin”

Mercure Hotel is considered as the best hotel in Banjarmasin right now as it's centrally located in Banjarmasin and also connected to the only one mall (Duta mall) in Banjarmasin. A very recommended hotel in Banjarmasin for now. One of the four stars hotel in Banjarmasin.
There's also a shuttle from and to the airport from the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night for a business trip. room was freshly new with a good view facing towards the city and pool.
too bad, the breakfast was poor. it did not meet my expectations. lack of food varieties and the breakfast was trashy. Accor should do something about the breakfast menu
other than that, everything else was good.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room

Had a couple of business meetings at D'Lotus besides the pool. Had to point out to the hotel staff that every cup of coffee they served had previously used coffee stains. Please check your dishwasher or get a new one. We had to send back Cups on at least five occasions within the span of three hours. Inspite of which, they would do the same thing for the next order. Wake up guys Wakey wakey.

What is so regretable is that the whole overal nice hotel experience is completely compromised by the lack of decent Wifi. If your stay is for business, forget about communicating to the home office or downloading even a simple Word document. According previous feedback from the management, this problem should have been solved by August 2013. It is not.
Breakfast is not providing enough for western customers.

I have stayed for business trip in the Hotel Mercure Banjarmasin for only one night.
My First impression is the Hotel Lobby are very cozy and very good environment.
When I came inside the room, has a minimalist interior and the room cleanliness very good.
The Hotel location's very strategic, at the main street and above the the great mall in Banjarmasin.
I have a nice stayed in Hotel Mercure Banjarmasin.

I stayed here one night, and too bad I arrived so late, just 30minutes before the shopping mall (down stair),closing hour.

This is my first visit, and even though cant get a chance to visit the shopping mall i feel "safe" knowing anything i need is just there, down stair!

This is the only hotel i will recommend to anyone (esp ladies) coZ its clean and its has a shopping mall down stair and its in the city center.

Banjarmasin is developing, and so far the biggest mall in town is downstair of this Mercure hotel.

So if this is your first visit to Banjarmasin, esp for the ladies for practical reasons i will recommend this one!
