I just checked out yesterday -this is a really nice, friendly, hotel,with very helpful staff - if you persevere they will even understand your English.Although very busy catering for both large numbers of package tourists and similar numbers of Thai visitors,everything seems to work easily. Courtesy car to airport or bus station. Any complaints are minor and not worth mentioning,except the American breakfasts,which are revolting - greasy fried eggs and strips of bacon, cold of course. The rooms are fine,although a bit old. This is not a new hotel.I would stay here again.
