“Great Thai food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2013 via mobile

Decent Thai food for a reasonable price. Chicken in Cashew nuts are particularly good. Only criticism is that the portions are on the small side. But overall really good food.

“Best food of our trip”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2013

We had the massaman and it was by far our best lunch of the trip (so far. If you go to Koh Tao, you just have to try this. It was recommended by the guys from New Way Diving who, apparently, all got addicted to the meal at some point! We understand why!

One word: masaman.
When in koh tao give this place a shot, it simply was the best we had yet in thailand.
The restaurant is cute, the service... Great and it is just in front of the nest diving school, new way.

“Small but tasty portions, efficient but curt service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2013

Food was generally tasty. We had the "nonames" as a starter and these vegetable fritters (think pakora) were very good. The sweet and sour fish was tasty, if not small (for two people each person had a chunk of fish the size of a ping pong ball). The green curry with pork was tasty - not a lot of pork, but a good variety of vegetables. Mixed veggies with cashew nuts was a little bit of a miss - not much flavour and thenuts were soggy. The rice is different with a little red rice mixed in which doesn't alter the flavour so much but makes for pretty presentation. Service was efficient - our order was taken quickly and drinks delivered within minutes - but no smiles or friendliness as other reviewers have noted. We noted that it was more efficient to go straight to the cashier to get the bill instead of ask for it, and did so, and were able to settle up quickly. Despite being full, we were in and out in about 45 minutes. All came to about 400 baht with 3 non-alcoholic drinks, 1 appetizer, 3 mains and a rice.

“One good dinner and three good breakfasts”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2013

Good food, relatively cheap, open early.
English not particularly good though and the evening we were there although the food was good it appeared chaos - every meal seemed to come out and walk around the tables!
