I left my horrible bungalow for better accomodations, I chose this hotel....overall was ok....but the Bed Bugs were severe in my room. Seriously.....I woke up to 8 or 9 bugs in my bed and several more crawling around the head board......if you dont know what a bed bug is....they suck blood like fleas but they are dime sized bugs. Keep a light on at night and they dont come out as much.....The Cabana was the property I switched to next night....no problems at the Cabana with human biting creepy insects.

Hotel was great, in a fastastic location and if you get off the ferry quick enough the staff will meet you to collect your bags. Hotel quiet at night as you're more in the shopping quarter then bars and close to ferry port.

We were on the 5th floor and the view was amazing the bed massive and all very clean. Really nice hotel and staff very friendly would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to go to phi phi and be in the hub of it.

Walked in to the hotel from the ferry- only room available for the 1st nite was on the ground floor, which was an OK room, but not the best. However, they moved us to the 5th floor on the second nite onwards.. the room was great, the views spectacular-- could have lived there forever!

Central location, but quiet at night- fantastic!

Staff very friendly. Recommend highly, though maybe book in advance and if poss request a higher floor room with seaview.

We were staying in this hotel for 3 nights in November 2007. Location great. You can walk anywhere.. Close to the pier. We had a room with a view on both bays on the 4th floor. The bed was comfortable. A/C works only when you are in the room (needs your room key). Good size balcony. No lift! Small swimming pool but you have beach only 150m walk. Helpful staff at the reception desk. Cook prepares you breakfast when you are waiting. Overall we would come back. Not the best we were staying in but good value for money.
