The beach is extraordinary, with super fine white sand and an exceptionally clear water of that much praised turquoise color (standing there, it feels like you are in a photoshopped picture really).
Make sure to walk deeper through the palm trees. There is a small bridge leading you to a viewpoint that is a touching point between two large cliffs, overlooking deeper emerald waters. If you are on the bridge, you also get some waves hitting you gently after having crossed the narrow path between the cliffs, which is sort of cute :)
the bay is filled with boats (both long tail & speed boats) during the day, so it's difficult to enjoy any swimming :(
the beach is equally filled with tourists, all making the same pictures, with the same rocks standing in the water...
I believe it costs 100Baht to have the boat parked (possibly per person), but most tours would have this included.
