We arrived at Koh Phangnan and met a person at the pier, who was advertising for Dream Hill Resort. It all looked very nice and they price was ok. We asked about it's location because we were not interested in a place where we should walk up and down a hill to go to the beach. The man guaranteed that the resort was on the beach.
When we arrived we experienced that the resort was on a hill and that there was another resort in front of Dream Hill Resort. To get to the beach you had to walk litterally under the other resort's bungalows. At first sight the rooms looked ok, but we learned, that it was very dirty eg. in the bathrooms there were mouse-droppings. The beds were extremely hard like lying on the floor.
The staff at the resort were very unpleasant. They tried to overcharge us for different things. When we spooke with some of the other guests we found out that they have also been overcharged.
