“Tranquility and Beauty”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2013

Two single ladies traveling together, the rooms had oversize single beds very comfortable and a large outdoor bathroom-shower, I liked that. Private covered front porch area. But the best part are the common areas, negative edge pool that overlooks the ocean, a low profile sitting area to relax on pillows and have tea or snack and take in the beauty; and a sandy beach to shell hunt.
The hotel staff were very kind and helpful; language not to much of a problem. Grounds are well kept, and the food from the restaurant was very good, breakfast was included in the price,

Walking distance to shops and cafes. We stayed 6 nights and were sad to go. A gem!

Room Tip: I liked the Deluxe cottage, bigger than a regular room plus the big bathroom,

We came from the bustling beaches of Koh Samui and entered into paradise. The pool is great, the food is great, the sunsets are great and the staff is really nice. We had a double family bungalow (2 bungalows with a connecting door) and all was perfect - the outdoor bathroom was especially fun for the kids.

You can ask the staff to drive you to the main town or even other locations on the island - and they are always very helpful. I can fully recommend the place.

Overall this is a really nice place with very good value for money. Just in April swimming was not really possible. If you walk far out you should better watch where you go, as there are some sea urchins.

Room Tip: Family Bungalow with 2 rooms with connecting door is perfect if you have 2 children with you.

I stayed here a few years ago. It is a little bit out of the way, but pick up truck taxi's are easy enough to get around.
The hotel has a very laid back feel, you help yourselves to drinks and they bill them to your room as is the same when you order food. The bill is sorted when you leave.
The pool is fantastic however the beach is a little disappointing but again you are not very far from fantastic beaches.
I would definitely stay here again, if anyone is going to the Full Moon and wants to relax and recover for a few days, this is the place to go. They offer pick ups and drop offs on the night of the Full Moon, on the hour I think.
All in all this place is great, but just a little bit far out of the way.

Superb place to stay, the rooms are brilliant sized (we stayed in the smallest and it was more than big enough), the pool is stunning and the chill out restaurant area is fab. Literally couldnt find another place more chilled out and happy with stunning views, great food and helpful, lovely staff. We really didnt want to leave :( miss it already!! Great place to stay on the island for Full Moon too if you want to be away from the madness of Haad Rin but its only 200baht each to get there. The place next door (to the right facing the beach) also does fab food too. Enjoy. We'll be back....asap.

Got a good deal on Agoda for one of the budget rooms at the back of the property (C rooms) and for what you pay in low season it was excellent value for money, however the rates 'walk in' look a bit pricey. The room and the bed are very comfortable and you can choose from their vast DVD collection for a late night film. The infinity pool is a big plus point and a great place to hang out for a nice sunset or two. The inclusive western style breakfast is superb as there is so much you can tick off on the form to eat. The staff IMO make you feel welcome and are attentive. Overall a great place to chill out and stay. Thanks :-)

Room Tip: If C rooms: Have two rows. The better row is the one nearest the wooden walkway and not the road.

This is such a charming place! Gorgeous pool, nice beach, lots of lounge chairs. We stayed in the basic bungalow. It had the most comfortable bed!!! That alone was worth staying there. Sheets are super soft and the shampoo they provide was fabulous. The bungalow is simple, just a king bed and a tv. There's no cable but they have lots of retro DVDs. Air conditioning was great. It made the room cold and was quiet. The attached bathroom has an open ceiling in a way. The top parts of the walls that attached to the ceiling was open. If there was some netting, it would prevent the gigantic bugs from coming in, especially at night. That is the only negative. We would have extended our stay if that wasn't an issue. Breakfast was great and delicious. They have free wifi in the main lobby, eating area and some parts of the pool. They provided free bananas, kayaks, snorkel gear, kids toys, bikes and had an outdoor gym. The gym is retro but with a gorgeous view and so much to explore, who has time for the gym? They also had free shuttle to and from the pier. Loved this place!

We enjoyed very much our stay here. Hotel is inside the nature, a really oasi of relax. Wonderful swimming pool with seaside view. We stayed in a room, and it was large, clean and with good amenities. The quality of sleep is very good, the only defects are the poor signal of wifi in the room (but strong in restaurant and reception area) and the sea in front is not very deep beacuse of low tide, but it's possible to take canoe and equipment for snorkelling for free. The staff is very helpfull, we had free pickup from pier and the staff organize also transportation to the full moon party. Highly recommended
