I stayed here with my School Drishti Yoga Teacher Training for 24 nights in February 2015. We were so pleased with the accommodation, location and the way in which it was run that we are returning next year to hold another Yoga Training in March of 2016. The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond including baking us cookies for Valentines Day! The resort is perfectly situated at the end of the beach surrounded by trees for privacy. The pool overlooks the ocean and was the ideal place to relax. We can't wait to come back to paradise next year!

Stayed here last week of Feb, the property is bunglow based on beautiful gardens away from the main road and seconds from the beach.

We loved the fact the owners have created a heavenly paradise with a lot of careful thought that puts so many other properties to shame, I guess they could leave the running of the property to managers but the service levels will not be the same, in my view it's a blessing to have the owners there.

The food was absolutely fantastic and MUCH better than some other highly recommended restaurants on TripAdvisor on the same island !!

Drishti Yoga were doing teacher training there, it was a bonus to do some practice with them.

Walking distance to town for evening food or eat at restaurant.

You can rent a scooter from couple of recommendations. Note the island is VERY hilly with sharp bends, take some lessons before going to Thailand as the bike you get may not be great and will do more harm than good. If you can learn one thing about biking, ask your instructor to teach you about entering and exiting a bend (Apex entry & exit), when to apply brakes and when to accelerate.

On our 35 day trip to India and Thailand, this property was the most natural and calming.

Thanks for your hospitality. We were in bunglow 12. Giving you 5 stars.

I stayed at Baan Manali for two nights / three days and had a wonderful time. I even had the chance to participate in a Drishti yoga teacher training retreat that was going on at the same time since they offer drop in classes to the public. The resort is gorgeous with a lovely pool and on the beach. I was in bungalow 1 and it was fantastic.

Few bungalows in a wonderful place! The place is super quiet and still close to the city center and the port (10 min by walk). The stuff is really friendly and helpful. The owners know perfectly the island so they can help you in French and English!
The bungalows are the perfect size and clean! You can relax in the swimming pool which is in front of the sea. About the beach, it's clean every morning!
We really enjoyed spend a week there I can recommend this Hotel more than all the others that we could see around the island. If you want to relax and enjoy Koh Phangan, it's the Place to go!!

Room Tip: All the Bungalows are in a good position to be quiet, They are all good!

We arrived late in Koh Phagnan and just wanted to stay 2 nights before heading to Koh Tao. Therefore we have chosen a place near to the beach.

Our room was bigger than expected. Lovely decor and quite clean.
Free Wifi but quite slow!

Breakfast was not included and was available for an extra charge.
Lunch and dinner is great, they have good food to offer. Their fruite shakes are awesome!

Beach area is quite small and not the nicest. I guess there are better beaches in the area, but as we had only one full day, we wanted to relax there!

Beautiful place with a great location. Its really close to the port. We arrived with a last boat and we paid 100 TBH to get there. The stuff is very friendly and helpfull. Brakfast is delicious and you have few options to choose. All place is really relaxing and have this good vibe. The bungalow is really nice and clean. Internet works good. Very highly recommended!

Great place and great hosts! Stayed here in september for a few nights with my boyfriend. Had a bungalow with ocean view. It had everything you need and was very clean and quiet. Loved the hammock!
Location is great: beachfront and walking distance to town (I highly recommend the food market). Just around the corner are two muay thai studios where my boyfriend took lessons. The grounds of the resort are well kept and the pool was a great way to cool down. We rented SUPs and a kayak from the resort, which was great fun.
The resort restaurant was very good, too. We often had dinner and drinks there in the evening. The breakfast, which was included in our rate, was very tasty. You can choose between several options. We loved the homemade muesli with joghurt (I really miss that!).
The couple who hosts the resort is also very nice and provided us with a lot of infos what to do on the island.

Room Tip: Take a bungalow with seaview.
