“OK food - bad service”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2014

The food was OK, but the service was bad. It would have been nice to get the drinks before the appetizer, the appertizer before the main course and get our maine courses at the same time. Everything was slung to the table. It is also a good idea to have a dessert menu and not have to go down stairs and wait 15 minutes for two scoopes of ice cream!

“Not good at all, do not visit.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2014

Ever wondered why the restaurant is allways empty? Well, got that one confirmed.

The starter and maincourse arrived at the same time, but only for one of us, the other had to wait another 10 minutes. As most people on this planet knows, starters are to be eaten BEFORE the maincourse, not at the same time. To let one on the table hang for that long, is also very wrong.
Food is just dropped down on your table, bottles left unopened, etc etc. Service where not present!

My girlfriend wanted some icecream for dessert, was asked to get it herselves downstairs, where she waited for 15-20 minutes!

That the food was tasty does not help this place a lot.

We also noticed the barkeeper in the 2nd floor where acting aggressive when other, long-waiting customers, asked when their food was arriving. Quite unprofessional!

“Nice food, bit lacking in atmosphere”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2014

The food here wasn't anything really special but was nice enough. I think the seafood is your best bet. It was really quiet and lacking in atmosphere but the staff were really very friendly. As with many restaurants here they don't really seem to get the concept of starters/appetisers and mains and everything tends to come at once!!

“not worth coming”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2014

worst panang in thailand, got 15 cubes of tofu with like 10ml of sauce, and waited 45min for that ...
Barkeeper/DJ on first floor is a nice guy, and the hot plate with shrimp was good, too. thats where the 2 points come from, no more positives found.

“Good food, good service.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2014

This was very close to our hotel and looked good on the way back from the beach. We had the tuna cooked fresh on the BarBQ and was only about £6. All the food ordered tasted good. The house spring rolls are more like quesidilla's so very unique. The ice cream was average and more like sorbet.Alcohol is only served upstairs.
