“Not just "another temple"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2014

Having spent 3 weeks in Rajasthan I'd seen a fair number of temples. I was reluctant to visit but was persuaded by a local. It takes some finding but is hilaruous. Whether wading through water troughs, crawling through tunnels or eating flowers, you can't help but have fun here. It was a religious fun house.

“Dissapointing”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 24, 2013

It was a complete disappointment after the serenity of Darbar sahib. The temple is devoted to mata Lal Devi. Its seems less spiritual and not devine but more of a circus of all gods from across India, Nepal etc replicated. Going through tunnels, seeing glasswork on walls etc may please kids. Took around 30 minutes plus to tour.

This is one of the best temples in INDIA.It houses idols of all possible Gods and Goddess. The idol of Saibaba was in the ground floor, being a Thursday I was very happy.Bhake Bihari idol was also very attractive in the ground floor. The temple also houses all the major shivlings.Idol of Tirupati Balaji,MeenaxiDevi and above all Mata VaishnoDevi,to reach one has to really climb and climb stairs, enter tunnels and on the way one gets chance to offer their prayers in front of idols of variouys Gods and Goddess. It is Jai HO.

“Odd but fascinating”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2013

Yes it is rather strange and not particularly reverential, more like a strange fairground/museum trip around Indian deities, worth the ducking and crawling and paddling, just mind your head.

“All Gods Temple”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2013

In case you have not been to caves in vaishoo devi then this temple offers a miniature of that shrine. This temple also houses idols of all the possible Gods & Goddess of India & Nepal. It was delightful site to see even Sikhs visiting this temple and doing community service happily.
