Maybe an exaggeration, but it was very quiet indeed. A location where you are away from town, and in many ways within what is available at the resort. The food is set menu and not very broad, but the food quality is good. Around 500 rupees for dinner and 400 for lunch. There is a tea and coffee house open in the later afternoon where you can stop and have a selection of tea, part of the complimentary service. The service was exemplary, the views are brilliant, and the 360 degree observation is worth a sit at sunset and sunrise.
The walk in the afternoon for 2 hours through the plantation is free and worth the walk, we saw a number of birds and an unusual squirrel.
The only addition that could be made is to have a ceiling fan, or insect screen to ensure there is a flow of air, it is cooler in this area, but no ac or fan doesn't allow for regulation of temperature in the room.
Worth a stay here, limited to a small number of rooms.
