if u r looking to rejuvenate urself,,this is the place to be...awesome cottages,,lovely natural waterfall within the resort premises, cozy roof top restaurant, very helpful staff especially the brother duo managing the hotel..only problem is that its difficult to locate as it is outside the city and on a separate tiny hill top, but that just makes it more amazing

Enjoyed the stay. Especially my parents were very happy about the hospitality of the staff. Place is good, packed with nature and peaceful place to spent your vacation.

Will definitely opt the same place again.

It is a beautiful resort where you can reside with the nature and below the jungles, service is also good and the staff is helpful. reg, GM Sec Fortune Select, Navi Mumbai.
Food was good but the soups were spicy. They also arranged for the Bon Fire during the night. Behind the resort there is a waterfall and jungle walk.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a trip organized by Iris Holidays. I probably wouldn't call it a "resort" though, as other reviewers have mentioned. I enjoyed my stay here, the scenery is beautiful and the staff were wonderful. The manager even took me trekking in the area for a short period one afternoon. The food was delicious and the room was very clean.

Some items to note that others have mentioned: no cell reception and the hotel is very far from anything. On the second day I was here there was a strike and my guide could not take me sightseeing so it was too far to walk to town, which resulted in my trekking expedition. Luckily there was TV in my room to keep me busy the rest of the day.

I thought the mattress on the bed was very thin, I woke up with a sore hip the next day, but I'm a Westerner used to luxurious thick mattresses so maybe this wouldn't bother everyone.

Would recommend the relaxing nature and "getting away from it all" if that's what you are here fore.

the resort is not 3 star quality. when we reached the place we were impressed by the surroundings and serenity and quiet but in 10 minutes we realised we had entered medieval times where there is no mobile network, no intercoms and no internet connections..they do not have intercoms so eac time we needed anything we had to walk it to the reception and then wait for someone to bring the food or water .the hotels located 500m from ambady had network connection.we stayed there for 2 days and it was difficult to communicate with family, office or friends. the resort is almost 15 kms away from Munnar so even to get an ATM we had to travell that far. Sujit was very very helpful there with a pleasant smile he showed us around the place. the waterfall and the cardamom plantations were excellent for trekking and photography. food was good. the resort is clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. all in all we had a decent stay but we had expected a lot more..

we stayed in the resort recently, the entire atmosphere was very natural, and so close to nature. especially the water falls, near to the rooms had given an amazing experience for the days. Those who likes nature utmost can prefer the resort always. Excellent staffs, room service etc. The steep road to the resort can be make better, and the Name boards should be replaced throughout the way. Special thanks to Sri. Rajeev and his Team

The ambience of the resort was really amazing and we both had a wonderful time here…

First impressions need not always be right. There is nothing exciting in the narrow, steep road or the entrance to this resort.

We both were happy to see the resort and our room which opened to a small garden and a backyard waterfall extending to dense forests. It was simply amazing. You can actually spend hours sitting in this backyard. You can see and hear birds and animals here which give you a feeling that you are amidst forest and nature's lap…
more than that if you are interested they will took u for a jeep safari to another water fall which is nearby, we spend almost a day in that place.

I would like to go back there sometime…

Room Tip: Go for water view deluxe suits..
