“Excellent .......................”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2010

I got the Reference for this Hotel through Tour Operator.

Was little hesitent to book the Hotel for 5 days that too for Honey Moon. But Since the Booking Call It was gut feeling - you are going to experiance a something different here.

When travel through all the Mountains and Tea Plant and pass through the Beautiful Waterfall, We just reach the Hidden Beauty In the Bension Hills.

To surprice, Clouds greeted us in the room. Such a Wonderful Moment.

The Place, The Hotel, The People & Mouth wondering Foods --- All are wonderful, excellent, gems, beutiful.

Thanks, Bracknell Forest for Nice Gift of My Wedding.

“A Great Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2010

We booked this hotel online, and weren't sure what to expect as it only had 5 rooms. The Bracknell Forest is a very welcoming and charming place.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure that you had a great time. Thanks to Jins George and all the other staff at Bracknell Forest.

The rooms were very spacious had amazing views of the cardammon and lush green tea plantations and the surrounding forest.

The food was great too.

A great place to have a relaxing break. Would definitely recommend Bracknell Forest .

“Great little place, great location, very clean!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2010

We stayed here for two nights, we had the best time at this hotel. Hotel is small but immaculately well maintained, manicured landscaping, very clean. The service was really excellent with a smile, food was well prepared to order. The rooms are just a few but quite large, with enough space for luggage and clean bathroom, hot water shower could'nt assk for more. Every room has balcony and a great view of the valley below, misty landscape and fog. If I visit Munnar again, this is where we stay without any doubt. This is perfect little place by any international standard, my special thanks to the management and the owner, a well kept place that reminds you of home.

“Great place.. good staff!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 17, 2009

Took our parents here for their 50th anniversary and spent two days in May 2009. The setting is gorgeous amid the Cardamom farm. The TATA tea gardens are a stone's throw away and offer beautiful, luscious views that are so rare nowadays in India.

The staff was very nice. The place is owned by a nearby Cardamom farmer, but has been leased by three young Hotel management grads. During our two days, only Gins and Anees were there to attend to us. They offered excellent service - Anees even gave us a great walk-along tour of the team gardens.

The cooking staff is pretty good, although it is not the best food I ate in Kerala. The menu is quite elaborate, but we opted for the simple stuff which turned out decent for on-premise cooking in a small kitchen.

The sheets and towels were clean, but did have a few stains. Nothing unhygienic, but I prefer my sheets and towels pure white.

The bathrooms were nice. Endless running hot water and upscale fixtures.

All in all, we had a good time. The setting is the best, the staff is great, and the food is above average. I plan to visit Kerala again with my children, and when I do, Bracknell Forest would be tops on my list.
