West End was a great spot to holiday. Good restaurants -- great dive shops -- good beaches etc. We rented a two bedroom condo at Sunset Villas and were generally pleased with the accommodations. They were spacious, well-furnished with a great balcony.

There were however a few things that detracted from our stay. Sunset Villas is a short walk from the ocean and is still very much under construction. This meant a significant amount of noise and traffic right in front of the condo and around the pool area. The road through the complex is busy and noisy with traffic and trucks. We were also surprised that there was no cleaning service while we were staying there. Our interactions with the owners were hit and miss -- at times they were helpful, while at other times they were rude.

As an FYI to future visitors, most days there were 4-5 hour power outages to the island.

We just stayed at Sunset Villas and what a great experience! Very clean and beautiful condos. Tile and Granite everywhere. Very spacious and only 2 units per building. Huge balcony and a beautiful pool. I believe it's the only resort with a pool in West End at this time. It was very comfortable and within a minute walk to a great restaurant, Les Buccaneers and the beach. Foster's is maybe 2 minutes away. We'll definately stay there again!
