“great holiday but do not shop next door!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

Just returned from a ten day break at the park inn. All in all a good holiday, especially the water park for the children and the snorkelling in the Red Sea. Some of the staff made up for the average food, drinks and poor entertainment. A special thank you to Ahmed Halim at the bar by the slide pool and the Restaurant Manager. Both were exceptional.Grill by the pool recommended. Beach party on Mondays and Thursdays in the wave pool unique and enjoyable.

WARNING: DO NOT give your hard-earned money to the shop keepers who own the first three shops to the right as you come out of the hotel. One of the owners is particularly rude and offensive and touches inappropriately, pretending it is funny. It is not! One of them then goes to wrap your purchase whilst the other distracts you and then swaps it for damaged goods. KEEP AWAY.

You get what you pay for wherever you go, this is Eygpt not the UK. We had a great time here in July as a family. Water park and pools great, cleanliness of hotel grounds and room was good. Snorkelling of the jetty was excellent. Food was okay, use the BBQ. Did not give any tips and got great service. Only downside was the nightly entertainment was poor. Go enjoy yourself.

Room Tip: Haggle for everything even taxis and supermarkets.

Booked direct on line plus Easyjet flights and saved £200 plus upgraded room. Arranged through email for hotel to collect us from airport - no hassle, all ran smoothly.

Hotel family rooms very nice and clean and spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, free safe, fridge, hairdryer and air conditioning, plus balcony.
Food a bit repetitive, but very nice.Huge choice at breakfast from personal omelettes to pastries and fruit. Lunch available at poolside and beach as well as two huge restaurants. Hotel provides towels at pools or beach. Evening meal soup, chicken, pasta, pizza, fish, kebabs, chips with everything, small variety of veg, lots of salads.

All local drinks free - beer very drinkable, spirits not so good, wine an acquired taste, kids cocktails available as well as alcoholic ones, plus coke, lemonade and fanta. Several bars dotted around pool and slide complex. Go yourself or tip a waiter who will then bring you one each time he passes. Staff very friendly, helpful and nice throughout the complex. Waterslide complex massive and great fun at all levels from little kids pools to huge slides, wave pool and lazy river (lazy river not quite as clean as we would have liked)..

We did not suffer from upset stomachs, but my husband got a nasty ear infection. No mosquitos, though saw one poor lady who had sand fly bites from going to the beach at night.

Had barbeque at beach on evening with entertainment and went on scuba boat trips twice. Local shops love bartering, walk a little further into town for much cheaper prices. Good location, little bus from outside Radisson blu for 2 minute transfer to the beach, shops next door, 5 min bus ride to Hard Rock Café, Starbucks etc.

Beach - grainy and sandals needed, little fish right up to edge of beach, very safe for little ones to paddle, go off the pier with your snorkel for an unforgettable experience. Lots of umbrella shade if needed.

Overall a fantastic holiday and great hotel, will definitely return.

Room Tip: All good. Family room best. View of pool probably best. No noise.

Not sure how they got a 5 star rating, it is anything but, it would be hard to give it a 2 star rating. The hotel has certainly seen better days, from limited pool benches, lousy food that is tasteless and just offered to fill empty stomachs, worn out rooms, dirty in-room bathrooms, old and nasty furniture, the beach is about 1.5 Kilometers walk, and is very small at that. We chose the hotel because it had a water park for the kids, they operate them at half capacity to save on energy and maintenance, and that was told to us by the employees!!!!! There are hardly any life guards and it is a recipe for disaster. The hotel is 30 minutes away from Namaa Bay by Taxi, which is an easy 200 Egyptian Pounds, you will need to consider that because there is absolutely no night life at the hotel.

Our honest advice is for you to spend an extra few hundred dollars and stay at a more recently constructed location, there appears to be zero investment to keep this hotel in good working order, and it shows!!!! I believe this is familiar with older hotels in Sharm. We still had a good vacation but only because the kids enjoyed the limited water slides that were in operation. We will never ever stay there again and will advice all of our friends to stay away.

Room Tip: None really, all rooms are same quality and within reasonable distance from the pool and the main di...

Just returned this morning from Park Inn having had a great holiday. Food was always good with a wide variety, staff always helpful ( although service even better once they know you give tips)!!! Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, cleaners work very hard and aim to please.
Our party consisted of three adults and two children ( ages six and two yrs) Both absolutely loved it - pools great and animation team really look after the whole family. I did become ill whilst on holiday, but doctors at hotel clinic very helpful and treatment effective. Nobody else unwell - it's just hit and miss - best advise would be avoid Ice in drinks and salads ( nothing to do with hotel - just water in Egypt)????
Really have no complaints - be aware of bad reviews.... We had a great time and are looking to go back later this year.

Recently returned from a 11 day stay at this hotel with partner and 3 kids aged 15,13 and 11.
Food - be realistic, it's a buffet style outfit at a budget hotel. Breakfast, fine. Lunch, fine. Dinner food becomes tiresome after a while. That said the restaurant manager Ahmed and his staff work tirelessly during the services and nothing is too much trouble. Advise you prepare to eat out on occasion and don't be so reliant on the hotels restaurant.
Rooms - spacious, air conditioned and cleaned regularly. The towel art is something to behold.
Water park - not for me but will keep kids entertained for sometime.
Swimming pools - centred ourselves by the main pool, nice and quiet and loungers never a problem.
Pool bar - many thanks to El Sayed who kept us well hydrated during our stay, works like a demon and his morning cocktails were always a delight shame he's a Man Utd fan ha ha.
Entertainment - kids loved it, well the 2 youngest, myself far to tired to bother, amazing how tiring doing nothing all day is.
Trips - recommend the snorkelling to Tiran Island had a fantastic day considering kids not to keen.
Weather - hot, hot, hot
Overview - you get what you pay for and for some that would constitute writing a poor review, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but probably would not return to this hotel but only because we never return to hotels we have previously visited.
