At Palmira before Alausí you have the entrance to the left. 36Km. after that you get to the lakes. For adventure people with time the best day to travel thee is on thursday visiting the market of Guamote first. you have to be there around 9 to visit and then take a pick up with other people to Ozogoche. There are buses from Alausí also.
