“Loved it! Great Location, great apartment, great hosts!”

Apartmani Trogir

The apartments are in an excellent location - 3 mins walk outside of Trogir old town, so a bit quiter (and cheaper!) than you'd get in the old town.
They are very clean and fully kitted out with everything you need (kettle, decent cooking facilities and utensils, iron & ironing board etc).
Luka was very helpful; giving us good advice on where to go and how to get there and he and his wife were very welcoming.
All in all, for the price I don't think you'd find anything better in Trogir. It's a great base from which to explore Split and the surrounding islands, as well as the beaches on Ciovo (Medena, Okrug Gornji). I'd recommend Apartmani Trogir to anyone!

“Great welcome to Croatia”

Apartmani Trogir

I found the Apartmani Trogir by serendipity. We had booked 9 days in Croatia with an open mind on where to go, but flew to Split airport expecting to stay in Split for a few days. I could not find a good hotel in Split and then discovered that the airport is only just outside Trogir. Decided to stay over as we were landing late evening. My first choice place in Trogir was not available for 3 days, but Apartmani Trogir was and boy were we glad.
The apartments were outstanding - clean, comfortable and good sized. We had a large balcony facing south which was bathed in sunshine all day. Location looked a bit unprepossessing to begin with but proved just right. Trogir has the loveliest old town on an island just offshore and you can walk there from the apartment in literally 3 minutes across the footbridge. But you also have three supermarkets within a short walk and a very good open air market which sells everything. Convenience is ultra high.
But it gets better. the owner, Luka Milat is a delightful guy as is his wife. They make you feel very much at home, Miaja Milat makes sure you are packed with a delicious breakfast, and you can ask them anything.
We decided that after a few days in Zadar (north of Trogir) we wanted to go back and it was just as nice in the Apartmani the second time. We were greeted like friends and given an equally nice apartment on the front of the building.
If you want picturesque and old town atmosphere, stay on the island, but if you want a great combination of good accommodation, convenience and (very important in Trogir) ease of movement you can't do better than Luka's place.
By the way, I thought Split was generally a dump and was very glad not to have stayed there. However, Diocletian's palace is out of this world (and a must see), and the old town is interesting. However, you can get from Trogir by boat or car and that was far better in my view.

“Highly recommended”

Apartmani Trogir

If you plan to visit the Split /Trogir area, this is an superb choice for your home base.
The rooms are spacious, comfortably furnished, the kitchens have nice little starter packages of tea and coffee etc and it is absolutely immaculate.
Within a 3 minute walk there are supermarkets and shops with everything you need.
However most importantly is proximity to the old town of Trogir. In just a few moments you are in the old town with all the bars and restaurants. I'm sure some of the visitors in small noisy rooms in the old town would have cheerfully traded their location for the clean and modern Apartmani Trogir.

The owners are delightful people who are helpful but who also respect their guest's privacy. Highly recommended a great value for money!

“Fantastic Self Catering Accomodation”

Apartmani Trogir

Have just visited Croatia for the first time and stayed at Apartmani Trogir . They are the best S/C Accomodation I have stayed in . Luka and his Wife have paid every attention to detail throughout the apatments including such touches as Ironing Board , Iron , Coffee machine and Hairdryer . They are a 5 minute stroll from the centre of Trogir and have Supermarkets and the Market itself almost on the door step . You can also use the Outdoor oven and dining area and will no doubt be invited to spend an evening sampling some expertly cooked fish and home grown salad not to mention wine and raki . I had a fantastic time and would recomend to anyone .

“"Apartmani Trogir " - Superb Accommodation”

We have just had a months holiday in Croatia, travelling down the Dalmation Coast and Islands. We stayed in Trogir for six nights at "Apartment Trogir" which is situated well back from the roadside and about 300 metres from the town centre. The apartments are fitted out to the highest quality, have excellent parking facilities and they are kept immaculate by the owners Mr & Mrs Luka Milat. This apartment and the owners cannot be given enough praise, and of all of the other 7 stays we made
" Apartment Trogir " stands out way ahead of the others. For anyone going to stay in Trogir, in our view, there is only one place to consider staying at, and that is, "Apartment Trogir "
