“Charming hotel, delightful town”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2012

This is an old family home converted into a hotel and run by the mother and daughter. It's charming in an old world sort of way, and well maintained. We had a suite with two small rooms and a bath. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Trogir is a lovely town in itself and a great place to stay if you're visiting Split.

3 night stay here, very good location and generous size accommodation with a separate lounge area. There were far too many doilies and the sitting room was dark (the light behind the settee didn't work). The bathroom had a spa bath with a shower over it, that room also dark as light over mirror didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the AC effective. There was no water the first day because of a fire on the island and water was diverted. Of course you have to fight a fire but not being able to shower, brush teeth or flush the toilet for a morning wasn't the best. The bar downstairs had water, there was just no pressure to send it up to the second floor. There is no lift; certainly not unexpected in such an old building. The staff were fairly helpful however I thought their costumes of old were awful. Breakfast was ok but the tablecloths and chair covers all needed a good hot wash. It is a very inexpensive hotel and so not too bad considering the price. BTW Caffe Trogir makes a fabulous lime margarita.

Charming little hotel in the heart of this old Venetian town.
Ideally located to live the old town experience with its restaurants, bars, yachts and crowd.
On a very quiet litthe street with excellent AC and complimentary high speed WI FI throughout it serves a good buffet breakfast in its own restaurant.
Furnished with style as an old home, it matches perfectly with the town.
Be aware for arrival instructions if you come by car. you will need to phone the hotel to access pedestrian area.

We stayed 4 nights at this centrally located hotel in the beautiful little city of Trogir. Our room had a sitting area with a TV and a minibar,a comfortable large bed and ample storage space. We appreciated the air conditioning as the weather was very hot .
The breakfasts consisted of a generous buffet plus hot dishes cooked to order. We found the staff, who were dressed in traditional costumes, to be very friendly and helpful

Second visit to this hotel, and it was even better than last time.

Hotel is located in the heart of Trogir - so much character and grace. Staff were wonderful, from check in to check out, attentive and polite.
Room was tastefully decorated, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was limited but very high quality. Parking lot was across the bridge from the city. The only downside is that they don't have an elevator...
Wondeful hotel!

Trogir, Pearl of the middle Dalmatia!

Family run small hotel Pasike, option number on in the city. Everything is so peaceful. Nice size bedrooms (be careful, 11 only), beautiful furniture, flat TV, wi-fi, bar in the room, very good reastaurant in the house, good breakfast, amazing town, maybe a little bit overcrouded in the peak season.

The only bad thing - terrible beach.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2012

This hotel was my second choice as I was not able to get the place that was my first choice to respond to my emails or inquiries. The room was very very pretty and actually a bit overly decorated, but we expected that. It looked just like the photos online. It was comfortable and although it was small and a bit cramped, it had two separated sleeping areas that each had their own "feel". Our teenage daughter was thrilled with hers as it had a stone wall that was really pretty and "old world" right next to her bed. She also had the windows and shutters right next to her. I will say that there was pretty much no interaction with the staff. We were only there for 1 night, but in the other places where we were, we felt sort of "taken care of" even if we were in an apartment or were only there for 1 night. In this place I felt like we were complelely on our own. It was really tricky to get to the hotel in the car to unload our bags. Once we did this, even though there were staff members sitting around in front of the restaurant where you unload your car, no one offered to help us or get someone from a different part of the hotel to help us. The restuarant and hotel were very heavily decorated like in the photos posted by others online. I had been looking forward to finally allowing myself to have a fancy lobster dinner at this restaurant (at Pasike), but when I saw the prices I changed my mind. (It cost the equivalent to $90 US dollars a plate to order lobster for 1 at the restaurant.) We had a tasty dinner down town. The breakfast was a buffet and very very good and was included in the price of the room. I am not sure there are better places to stay in this area, but I would spend a little more time looking and if one does stay at Pasike, just be prepared for it to look really nice but have a lonely feel, and also to carry your own bags up and down stairs as we had to do ourselves all over Europe. (Of course I have no objection to doing this, and would do it again. It just seemed wierd to me that staff could sit there and watch people without lending a hand. But maybe that's just how it is...)
