we stayed at this campsite for three weeks in 2005. we booked a sea pitch 6 months before we arrived . we booked in and was given a map when we drove to the pitch down a slope then a sharp bend we realised we were in difficulities as the road was so narrow and on such a slope we couldnt go back or forward. we had to unhitch and physically manovre it and this was hard s the van is twin axle and 27ft long. we got to the pitch to find it had a tree in the middle we couldnt get into this pitch. we found one further along which was fine i walked back to reception and they were not very happy as they said this pitch was reserved for somebody else eventually they agreed we could have it. it turned out the pitch was for a pup tent. we found they dont speak very good english. the campsite was very good every thing you needed you didnt have to leave the site, the supermarket was better than in town. we had the sea directly in front it was lovely just to sit and watch the sunset. the beach is all rocks and manmade. we were lucky the weather was fantastic in fact too hot the fridge couldnt cope. we were the only english the site seemed to be full of danish. nobody spoke to us the full three weeks. we took our teenage daughters who were horrified to find the naturist beach directly in front so do be aware there is no real warning about this. we loved croatia so unspoilt and clean we are intending to return next year but without the caravan as we now have an american motorhome although we know we could get it on site we couldnt get near the sea which is such a great attraction. we are staying on the same complex but in a hotel
