5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2014

We stayed here one night as we toured Plitvice lakes and it couldn't have been better! We arrived early afternoon and checked in. We also signed up for the dinner at the restaurant. We toured the Lakes during the later afternoon as people were leaving and the crowds were thinning. But once we got back to the Inn, we were treated to the best possible dinner I think we had in Croatia! Excellent soup followed a huge patter of food we couldn't finish and then dessert. Just amazing! Our room was well appointed as we were in the 2nd building off of the main office. It looked as though it was just completed. The bathroom was uniquely done complete w/ skylights! One tip for visiting the park - go early in the morning; be the first in line and head to the farthest part of the Lakes. You will have Plitvice Lakes to your self as we did! And the Inn can't be beat!

Spent a night here when visiting Plitvice National Park. The location is brilliant- very close to the entrance to the park. Our room was big and clean. The owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an additional €10 but it was worth it- decent amount. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely quaint inn with helpful, friendly staff. The dinner and breakfast is an extra charge, but by all means have dinner there as it was wonderful. The breakfast was good, but not as plentiful as dinner. Rooms are on the small size, but adequate.

This is a wonderful, family-run inn, just a few kilometers from one of the two entrances to the Plitvice Lakes National park. Very comfortable, great breakfasts, and more importantly, since there are not too many good options elsewhere, great dinners. This is so much better than staying in one of the large park hotels. The family is friendly and helpful. Another point for those venturing to the Plitvice Lakes. They are beautiful. Give yourself two days to see them. One day you can see the upper lakes and the second, the lower ones. We stayed at Miric Inn two nights, and are very happy we did.

What a pleasant surprise to walk in this homey place and be welcome with home made plum brandy. We booked this place through booking.com and correspond with the owners to make arrangements to be picked up from the bus station, although it was just a short walk. It was easy then caring the luggage. At no extra expense they chauffeur us around either to and from bus station and to and from the park entrance. The room was simple but comfortable and a nice view from the 1st floor balcony. We selected to have the breakfast and dinner with them and we could not be more delighted with the fantastic food. We arrived in the afternoon and we walk around the area enjoying the fresh plums dropped from the trees and witnessed the gem making on the old fashion way. Not too much to do and later discover no restaurants around, but we had our dinner reservation at the Inn. next day after the 5 hours visit to the park we stay in their comfortable dinning room with a nice team and a treat of fresh plums that they offered till it was time to go to the bus station. It was a pleasure to chat with the hostesses and find out more about their life and the history of the place. Although not in high season the Inn was fully booked. I highly recommend this place if you want to spend a night (or more) in the area.

We just stayed one night at the Inn and wish we could have planned to stay longer. It was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The room (15) had a very comfy queen size bed and a small but very adequate bathroom. This family run business also has a restaurant where they serve an amazing meal (20 euros each) of fresh trout or meats, fresh vegetables, bread, soup, salad, and plum brandy appertif ! It was all wonderful! Lili who is just delighful and has a sparkling personality was the server and greeter, who speaks wonderful English. Her Mom prepares the food and is a wonderful chef and her Dad sucessfully handles the important operations of running a 5 star quality hotel. What a GREAT place!

We visited the park in September and stayed here. The room is simple but clean, warm and comfortable. If I go again to this area I would Definitely stay here. We happened to forget our camera battery and Lilli was kind enough to mail it to our next destination in Split. That was above and beyond.
