We purchased an all-inclusive through Expedia. The room was listed as only full board on Expedia, but had them call and confirm it was all-inclusive. There were some extra fees, taxes, etc. that raised the price when we booked the room, so be aware of that when you book. When we arrived, they didn't have us listed nor were they initially willing to give us the all-inclusive because it was not normally part of the hotel, only the apartments. After a couples minutes of discussion, we were given the all-inclusive. The rooms were nice, but not great. The area was a mix of new buildings and older ones with lots of debris around the older buildings. The staff was helpful, but it definitely depended on who you spoke with. All spoke very good English. All meals were buffet style with several different dishes available. The biggest confusion was what all inclusive meant-all meals and only the drink bar in the restaurant. No mixed drinks at all. Everything was extra beyond that (i.e. umbrellas, chairs, etc.). All-in-all, not impressed with the hotel. I don't feel they were worth the extra money for all-inclusive; however, it was nice not having to go looking for a restaurant everyday or needing to cook our own meals. Final note-the hotel and apartments are totally separate companies. So, if you need assistance, just don't let them know what room you are in if possible and they'll help you out.
