We booked a room for four girlfriends for a shopping weekend. The hotel was clean and very much up to our expectations. The room was nice and we had everything we needed. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but it looked great. We ventured across the street to Edgars Bakery. It is a MUST if you are in the area! All in all, the hotel seemed fine for our stay, and was very convenient to our shopping spots. We would stay there again!

Very pleased with this property. It was convenient to both the 280 corridor, the summit and downtown, but not directly on the busy highway. It was a great rate for holiday season, and we liked it so much we canceled our reservations for elsewhere the next night and stayed another night here instead. The rooms were roomy, clean and the hotel staff friendly and informative.

We stayed at this hotel two times this month: 4 nights one week and 2 nights the following week. This hotel is set at the intersection of US 280 & I 459-easy on and off. This Hampton was sparkling clean, with relatively large rooms and very comfortable beds. The air conditioners were very good-lots of cool air. The dining area is adjacent to the entry area and is nicely decorated and spacious with ample choices of fruit, cereals (hot and cold), breads, pastries, bagels, coffees and a hot entree. The staff were very friendly and responsive. My wife left her make-up mirror in the bathroom when we checked out the first time. We called late that day to report it. Happily, it was awaiting our arrival when we checked in the second time! We were impressed! There are several restaurants within walking distance, including a Cracker Barrel. We would definitely stay here again and consider this hotel to be one of the best, if not the best Hampton Inn where we have stayed.

My wife and I stayed here for our one year anniversary in June. The staff of this hotel is top notch, it is really comparable to that of the Ritz Carlton, etc. They were very friendly and helpful. They knew it was our anniversary and when we came back from dinner, we found a bottle of champagne, roses, and a nice gift basket in our room! The rooms have recently been redone, new carpets, bedding, etc. The outside looks like your standard Hampton Inn. It is in a very good location, right off Hwy. 280, near the Summitt shopping complex. We had a very good stay here and hopefully will be back.
