Loved everything about this park. The view from the observation deck of the statue was spectacular!

“Beautiful and Educational”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2012

The Museum has a great exhibit about the history of Birmingham while the park is a beautiful place for taking photos. You can even climb to the top of Vulcan and see the whole city.

“Nice”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2012

It is a nice park, but nothing I would brag about. Scenery is good, and Vulcan is impressive. It is fun to walk up him, but you might only appreciate that if you are into iron or from the area

“Nice way to spend an hour or so”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2012

Recently my wife has been having dental work done in Birmingham, and the Vulcan park is close to where she goes, so I've been visiting Vulcan while she's having her teeth worked on. I took our 8 year old granddaughter one time and she enjoyed it, then last visit my wife wanted to see it too. Check out the Bobble Head and Bobble Buns statue in the gift shop.
