The service here is always great. The wine selections is wonderful. A little sad to see Remi and Cowhan gone but the place seems to be doing great. The steaks are always superb and the seafood appetizer (tower) is to die for. I have only had one meal here that wasn't that good, but it was with a large group and they had to cook all the steaks medium. I order mine very rare and anything past medium rare taste like beef jerky to me. This is a great place to take clients because the wait staff knows the proper etiquette on when to be at your table and when not to be at your table. If you think it is going to be an issue, tell them when you make your reservation and I assure you they will take care of you.
