I've eaten at On the Border several times and it can be characterized as Chain Tex-Mex. The frozen margareta's are made from a powder mix and taste like it...
If you want to eat Mexican food in Birmingham, I suggest either Superior Grill on Highway 280 or Cocina Superior next to Brookwood Village. They are vastly - Superior - to On the Border...
