“Place to stay in Birmingham”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 10, 2013 via mobile

The reviews on trip advisor were spot on. Very clean. Really comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Location central to most everything. We will absolutely stay again when in Birmingham. Worth the additional drive from the interstate.

I loved everything about this stay. Not one complaint. It's in a very nice part of town with lots of good restaurants to choose from. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and nice. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast had lots of options and was tasty. I would definetely stay there again.

We spent 2 days here. Motel was clean and appeared to be fairly new. We like Hampton Inns as we know what to expect. Have never had a bad experience with them. The only minor quibble I had at this motel was that you could occasionally hear doors closing and sometimes voices from the hall or other rooms. This may have been more noticeable because we did not have the air conditioning system on, where usually the sound of the fan masks some of the outside noise.

Room Tip: Motel was away from busy streets so highway noise is not a factor.

We had a very clean room, staff was very helpful. Breakfast was one of the better ones. Location was a little out of the way but very much worth the extra few miles. I cannot say enough about what a great place this is.

Fairly typical Hampton Inn. Clean, friendly and overall did a great job. Within reason I would go out of my way to stay at this location. Breakfast area was well stocked and kept clean all morning. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure to let me know I was welcome and they would assist me in anyway that they could.

I always say that I expect value for my money when I am traveling. That is exactly what I get here every time I stay.

The service is great. The staff went out of their way to make sure I could check in early and were very friendly about it. I had to come into Birmingham on the day my meetings started and wanted to be able to freshen up and leave my bags. When I asked the desk clerk if checking in at 11:00 a.m. Was a possibility she went to work and made sure I had a suite. The rooms are furnished well and the whole facility is neat and clean. The location is far enough away from the major road that noise is not a problem and yet it is easy to get to. The price of the rooms is very reasonable and I feel like I got a great value for the money.

Great place to stay when in town for business. I will note however, the bathroom sinks are not built-in cabinets and are a little high. So if you are on the shorter side of average, it will seem a bit awkward.

But they washed my towels everyday, the bed was clean, and check in and out was a piece of cake. Breakfast was decent... I really have no complaints.
