The hotel which boasts an international management actually has very few employees who speak English sufficiently.Its just good there is one Filipina lady who says she's the hotel manager but you can see her everywhere!If there is complaint in the restaurant you can see her there,if there is complaint in the inn,she is there!I pity this lady who seems working without rest!She serves,she carry luggages of the customers,she serves coffe to the boss,serves water to the friends of the boss!And worst on my observations,she has many bosses! It is often hard to even book one of the activities they advertised in brochures and on the website. The rooms are comfortably furnished and some feature a balcony. Positive note, there is no air conditioning (not trivial in China)
Note negative and causes of review: the noise. Impossible to sleep before 1 am (at least) because of not only the local place directly in front of the hotel, which offers live music at deafening volume, but that closes at about 12:30, but most of the clientele of the bar on the ground floor the hotel itself and screaming, playing Chinese games NOISY (nuts maybe?), which is allowed to disturb guests.
In general, avoid any hotel that views on West Street.

We do not claim that all our staff can speak English fluently, but the Management has qualified people with different positions in the organization with different areas of specialization who can help our international guest on whatever inquiries and problems they might encounter in the future.
The Hotel is located in the center of the West Street, and it is noisy especially during peak days like Chinese festival, earplug is provided for you to have a peaceful and comfortable sleep.
The Hotel and Inn have different types of rooms that will suit your standard, quiet, clean and spacious rooms aside from all our facilities like aircon, wi-fi access, and hot/cold water supply.
Please be informed that the Rosewood Company Hotel/Inn and Company owned restaurants continue to improve from customer service, facilities, activities and continue to add and put up different kinds of restaurants that will suit our guest individual and unique taste.
