This is not a boutique hotel. It's massive. And it has related problems : sometimes the plumbing is bad, often there is work going on.
But the staff were unfailingly helpful, the view from the roof remains fine despite increased construction in the vicinity, and the rooms are good. The basic ones are good value, the more expensive ones perhaps less so.
The rooftop food is pretty average, and the Chinese restaurant / room service is OK.
