I found the place on a recommendation from a friend who used to live there, and stayed here for one night before a Uyuni tour, and two nights after I got back.
The facilities are fine, no real complaints on anything specific, except it has two separate buildings on either side of the street and only one has internet. The nicer one has nothing which sucks, because the key to the front door only works on one side, so you're hooped if you need internet in a pinch (like checking in to a flight etc.)
It's also wayyy outside of town, and a 15 minute, dusty, pitch black walk awaits you on the way home. If you get scared walking around strange places, you won't like it, and cabs aren't available as far as I could tell.
The real problem was that the staff were never around. Literally I think someone was available about an hour a day. It was so bad that when it came time to leave, I couldn't find anyone to pay the night before or the morning of my departure.
Granted, when they were there they were very helpful and nice, so it's not all bad.
I had private rooms and they were clean and fine, as were the shared bathrooms although the building with no internet also has no hot water. The kitchens in both buildings are very usable.
I can't recommend it unless you're in a pinch.
