Before this cooking class we were cooking in Thailand and Vietnam, too. We love cooking and tasting different kinds of food. When we came to Battambang, we realised there is not much to do and so we decided to cook once again and it was worth it!
The class started at 9 o'clock in the morning. First we were walking to the market, where Vannak the chef told us everything about the ingredients. He was choosing only the best for us!
Back at the restaurant we were cooking three traditional dishes including Fish Amok, Stir Fried Chicken with Basil Leaves and Beef Lok Lak. Great, the best food we ever tasted in Cambodia!
We were only a group of 5, so it was easy to follow. Vannak's English is also excellent and he is a very friendly guy who just want to learn the people how to cook.
Finished around 1 pm with a smile on our faces, knowing we had a great morning!
