“Tasty French option”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

another of the restaurants in the Hyatt complex. Good for business lunches and dinners. The menu has an organic/eco twist and let's you know the origin of the prime ingredients. Always a reliable option when in the Berrini area

“Service and Meal Perfect!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2013

I had the chance to be at Eau in May/13. The Chef Laurent was present and step by our table. The menu is attractive and the service is perfect. Sao Paulo is a big city and we appreciate to have great meals with impeccable service. Congratulations!

“6 course tasting menu”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2013

What was called a 6 course tasting menu turned into a superb 8 course menu when counting the amuses.
I particularly enjoyed the fois gras, but that is a personal preference. The menu consisted of 2 amueses, 2 starters, 2 maincourses - one fish and one meat - and two deserts.
There was also a well priced wine accompanyment available, but I opted for a bottle of local sparkling wine - Chandon Brut - which I highly recommend to anyone who has not tried it yet. It is on par with Moet & Chanon Imperiale Brut as far as I am concerned and very good value for money as it does not incur the otherwise prohibitively high import duties in Brazil.
The waitress was of Swiss origin which was a fun side effect, as we could practice our German.

“Awesome”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

Fantastic quite restaurant it's not famous as Rubayat, Epice, Skye and other street famous restaurant however, is the best restaurant in Sao Paulo just next to Hyatt hotel it is so quite and expensive by that you avoid all the busy as many restaurant which because of lack of education make customers wait 45 minutes on the queue. Just Ridiculous but it's just a matter of education by the Brazilian society. Service is great very polite and attentive wait staff. They worth every dollar of tips
