Been to many Intercontinental hotels around the world but this was the worst. Room service for just two coffees in the afternoon took over an hour and two phone calls only to arrive without any milk as specifically requested in Portuguese and English. Printer in Executive lounge ran out of ink and cartridge was never changed the entire weekend despite complaints made. Executive lounge was also barren during non-happy hour times (no coffee or even water available). Taxi drivers provided by the hotel were not only wickedly
expensive but the price was higher at arrival than what was quoted beforehand. Wrote a letter and was provided [----] apology on some items complained about but ignored others. They gave us a voucher for
a one night stay at that same hotel (not any other Incontinental hotel) but useless since we weren't going back to Sao Pauo. Wrote second letter but was simply ignored.
