We would have not chosen this hotel personally, but it was part of the hotels selected by the company that was responsible for a medical meeting we was inscripted in August 2007. The reservation was a 4 days stay.
There is only a good thing about this hotel: it is clean. But its location is very far from the city, the check in and check out are in slow motion, not because there was so much clients, but because the desk staff goes out of the reception each new client. By the way, the desk staff never can help you anyway, not even to indicate a delivery service, since there are no telephonic lists at the hotel to find a restaurant or a pharmacy. The hotel sells you an internet card if you need to look for an adress or a number phone, but the computers are so slow that you loses all the time that you bought.
The dinner we asked the room service at the 1st night was expensive and of bad quality: my pasta had a tinned bad tomato sauce and my colleague's hamburger meat was like a rubber.
The air-conditioning was so noisy and made a lot of vibration noises as it moved from fan to air. We callled the maintenance service next day, who fixed nothing, and we had no choice unless sleep with the air off.
The worse event happened to a fellow that was in other floor. She said someone opened her door at 11:00 p.m., she was leaving from the bath and cried, and a male voice asked "sorry, I didn´t know that was someone in the room" and closed the door again.
After all, we decided not stay at this hotel the 4 days, and asked 2 desk staff that said it was no problem, and the last day would not be charged, and the hotel could storn the credit card. So we made the check out early in the morning, returned the keys and went to the meeting. About 5:00 p.m., when we came back to take the luggage that was at the reception, we asked a vouched
to prove we didn´t stay the 4 days. The trainee called the ill-mannered manager, that said there was an error and the 2 other desk employees gave us a wrong information and we had to pay the 4 days, even though we had not the room keys anymore. So we told her all the bad things that happened during the stay and she said we could fill a complaint report. We did it, and received no answer until now.
