An excellent sized bedroom with a sofa inside. About 10/15 minutes walk into the centre of San Paulo and one of its main shopping centres. It is sited in a pretty good area and we had no problems walking around, although did not take a lot of cash with us. Hotel staff generally very accommodating, although we did have a problem getting additional towels in the room. Reasonably priced.

I recently stayed at the Estanplaza, it is located two blocks from Paulista Ave, in the heart of shopping, and the Trianon-Maasp subway stop. It is a well kept, modern hotel. This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. From the moment you check in until you check out, there is always a hello and a smile from the staff, from the maids to the front desk, to the bellman to the restaurant you are made to feel very welcome. The rooms are nice, very well kept, good TV, sitting area, mini bar, one or two beds, and nice bath. Rooms are not huge, but then you are not moving in for good. Also a good central air conditioning system you you control in your room. The buffet breakfast which is included in the room rate is very good, with inside and outside patio dinning. Lunch and dinner is also available. There is a small pool, fitness centre and sauna, located on the top floor. Room rates are reasonable, around USD $72.00 to USD $84.00 based on double. I highly recommend this hotel and I for one will be going back again. You can book on their website, or through Utell International.

we were at the hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip of Brazil. we didn't know what to expect but were really impressed. the hotel is in the business district of Sao Paulo so we thought it might be a bit stuffy but it was lovely. the staff couldn't do enough to help, including opening the bar in the middle of the night to make us cocktails!

the food there is really good and the drinks were cheaper than i expected. the room was really spacious with everything you need.

the only dissapointment was the swimming pool - more of a foot bath! mind you, they don't advertise that they have a swimming pool which is just as well!
