I recently spent a night in this Hotel. It is an anonyme Hotel centrally located in a nice part of Sao Paulo, close to nice restaurants and cafes. The Hotel is actually nothing special, but decently kept and clean enough, even if the rooms are quite small and arranged in a quite 'sad' athmosphere.
On the other hand the price they ask is quite high, compared with other similar (or even better) hotels in Sao Paulo.
Lets say that my global evaluation should be two stars (or balls, in case of trip advisor).
The reason why I have putted one ball is because they have charged me with 120 Reais (about 60 USDollars) for a domestic call of 15 min. Yes, you have read well: 60 boxes for a 15 min call inside Brazil.
My complain was taken with embarass by the front desk staff, and they called the manager upon my request: she heard my complains with a distant and cold attitude just saying that this is the hotel's price for calls, like it or not.
Since I was very late, I decided to pay in order to avoid further time.
II will never stay again in such Tryp Hotel chain which, in any case, doesnt' merit the price they ask for. There are plenty of better Hotels in Sao Paulo much cosy and cheaper.
