This is an excellent hotel. Spacious lobby, clean comfortable rooms. Check-in was fast and friendly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel has about 27 floors, so ask for an upper floor to get a good view. There is a good buffet breakfast served, somewhat pricey but will fill you up. The hotel is located less than a five minute walk from a metro station. Be aware that this hotel is located in a very local area of Sao Paulo, not in a tourist area, so you will have to take the metro or taxi, which is really not inconvenient. Also there are plenty of buses which go everywhere. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the flavor of a non tourist area. The hotel also serves conventions and large meetings, and also has a live theatre with artists performing, tickets can be purchased at the hotel. When I return to Sao Paulo, this will definately be my hotel of choice, and I have stayed in many nice hotels in Sao Paulo prior to this one.
