“Hotel is still value in an expensive city”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2013

The hotel is a property I stay at on an annual tradeshow so it is an easy option. It is always busy and hence the breakfasts can get a bit manic. 100m from paulista avenue and shops and has a great restaurant for lunch right opposite.

- I asked a glass to drink a wine in the room but gave up because they wanted to charge me to lend this wine glass. I've never seen that in any hotel.
- Internet can not be used in more than one device, otherwise you can be extra charged. I meam, you can not be connected in your cell phone and your computer at the same time. It is stingy and at the same time hilarious!! I have never seen that before in any hotel.
- Staff not friendly.
- Restaurant is outsorced, employees treat the guests without any care.

Room Tip: Up to 10th floor is better, but I recommend to look for other hotel

It is near Masp, an important art museum at Av Paulista. The hotel has nices rooms, a regular breakfast and is not far from good restaurants. Good location.

The main problem: noise from cars on the streets. It does not matter if you are on the last floor. If your room is on the side of the streets around you will have problems sleeping. If the hotel puts a double window to reduce the noise this hotel could be one of the best options in the region around Av Paulista.

I stayed there for 4 nights on a business trip. Hotel is very well located few blocks from Avenida Paulista and the MASP, the nearby area is quite safe to walk around. Rooms are ok and very clean. Breakfast is a typical buffet but the japanese buffet is way better than the occidental one. A lot of Japanese people stays in this hotel so they are oriented to that customers.overall is a good place to stay on a business trip.

Nice hotel with good service. Situated right off Av Paulista. Secure area to walk around with lots of Restaurants within walking distance or a short cab ride. Rooms are nice size (not huge), clean, same goes for bathrooms. Hotel is in good shape but is in need of some refurbishments. Gym is nice size with pool, exercise machines and some free weights. Hotel charges extra for WiFi which is, as in most Brazilian hotels, slow and with high occupancies very, very slow.

We took a bus into São Paulo from the international airport. A graduate student on the bus recommended Blue Tree Paulista and helped us get there. They were surprised to have us walk in off the street but provided us with a large room with an outdoor patio (US$300. a night). Expensive, but we felt that was because of the area. There were several people at the desk who could speak limited English. They were very nice and helpful. The hotel could use some updating. The pool was clean and enjoyable.
The location is convenient to shopping and some restaurants.

I stayed here for a few nights on a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised to see my room was very large and spacious, I had a balcony, and the most spectacular view! If the rooms weren't so beautiful and spacious, I would give this hotel three stars? For a few reasons: The breakfast that was included was nothing to write home about, you must purchase the Internet separately ? and it is rather slow, and the room service is not too good. But the staff is friendly and enough and the hotel is in a good location.
