“Just about acceptable”

the sort of place you end up in when relying on agents, in my case Journey Latin America of UK, wouldn't use them again although local agents were fine. The hotel was dreary, food basic, room ok, I did have a herniated disc and the kind willing staff did everything they could to help with doctor, pharmacy etc which helped improve my impression. In fact the staff made it for me, location acceptable and reasonably quiet at night.

“Good hotel in Sao Paulo”

I spent one night in Summer 2007 in this hotel for business, and I found it very convenient. This was one night after the dramatic accident in the Congonhas airport....
The rooms are very confortable and the staff nice. THe restaurant is not great.

“Comfortable & pleasing environment”

If you want a pleasant place to stay in Sao Paulo, this is the place to be. The staff at the reception desk speak good to fluent English (some have worked in the USA)and are quite keen to make your stay as comfortable as is possible. I would recommend it to anyone who identifies with words like clean,quiet,modern and proximity to a modern shopping centre,excellent restuarants,banks,etc. At US$70 per night, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the services offered. Good value for money.
