Excellent hotel. Rooms a lot larger than average, with connecting rooms available (intersting for families). Very clean, mini-fridge, upscale furnitures found in 5-stars hotels. Great location nearby Paulista Avenue. Safe neighborhood, which is very important in Sao Paulo, and sometimes difficult to find when you try to make a reservation from The Internet, or even with a travel agent who have never been there (which is the case for most). Many restaurants, bars, shopping centers, shops within 5 minutes walking. Only 20 minutes walking to City Center (Cathedral Se). Subway station short 2 minutes walk. Many taxis in front of the hotel. Free internet in the lobby is convenient. Excellent hot breakfast. Polite staff. You will not regret your stay.

NH Della Volpe is a luxury hotel at a very good value. I was very surprised that there weren't any critics about this hotel here on tripadvisor, so I was already tempted to go somewhere else. I'm glad that I didn't.
I paid 68 Euros/night - and I even got a room upgrade and free late check out (thanks to Skyteam Elite Plus).
It is situated in a calm side street of Paulista Avenue, the best and safest neighbourhood in Sao Paulo with many chique restaurants, shops, malls and cinemas, where you can walk around normally without being afraid of being robbed. The crowd in that area was very stylish and well dressed - and after having spent a week in Rio, this was really relaxing.
The Hotel itself is very modern, well designed, cozy and spacious. The Lobby is huge - and so are the rooms. We got a room of at least 50 m², including an entrée, sitting area, working area and a huge bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.
In the afternoon, the maid came to give us some complimentary chocolate.
The buffet breakfast was quite good with a big variety.
The hotel has also s pool, a fitness area and sauna, but since I haven't visited these facilities, I cannot say anything about it.
The staff were very friendly, helpful - and multilingual. Everything worked perfectly - and after some stays in other hotels in Brazil, I know what I'm talking about.
The lights on the floors however, were a bit strange - as the only went on in the area where you walked. this means that the rest of the corridors remained quite dark.
Anyway - this hotel is really recommendable and I would definitely stay there again.
