I stayed with my boyfriend here while he was on a work trip. This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is not close to the subway, but you can easily take a taxi from the hotel to anywhere you want to go in Sao Paulo. The concierge (Sabrina) was very helpful in all of our restaurant reservations and obtaining Cirque du Soleil tickets. She spoke very good english too.

Stayed there twice on a 2 week trip thur Brazil. A clean nice hotel but discovered bed bug bites after we checked out both my husband and I.

Spent five nights in the hotel. Pleasant environment and good quality rooms. The space provided was a bit tight, mostly due to the presence of a four seat table and a three seat couch. A great value, mostly due to the the friendly and very helpful front desk and bell staff. Both were quick to offer dining recommendations within safe walking distance or communicate directly with taxi staff for non-Portuguese speaking staff.

There may be better, but this is a good choice in the city.

This is a very average hotel and it's fine for a short stay. A comparable hotel in the US would be a Crowne Plaza or a Courtyard Marriott. Services for the business traveler are adequate. The internet connection is not high speed, but sufficient to get the job done. The rooms are clean, although there was mildew in the shower. I had a room with a murphy bed, and way too much furniture - a couch, table, 4 chairs. It looks as though the hotel is trying too hard.

The "health club" on the top floor has very old equipment - 2 treadmills, one bike, a creaky elliptical machine, and a universal machine. The "swimming pool" is big enough for soaking, but certainly not for swimming. In any case, the views are impressive. One pleasant surprise was the good breakfast buffet that's included in the nightly rate.

Blue Tree Towers is fine if you're staying for a short time in SP and you want something hassle-free, inexpensive, and utilitarian.
