“A wonderful concert Hall made from a Train Station”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2013

This is the best place for classical music in Sao Paulo and probably in all Latin America. The acoustic is told to be perfect and the performers are world class. The house orchestra is the best in Brazil. Consider arriving a couple of hours earlier to enjoy the buffet dinner served in the premisses (may get full closer to performance). Good parking.

“One of the Best Concert Halls of the World”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

I am used to frequent concert halls in Paris and London and I am always very happy to ascertain that Sala Sao Paulo is best than most of them. A concert hall built inside and old train station of the turn of the last century and entirely renovated to achieve excellence in accustic a vision. In the train station good quality food is served before the beginning of concerts and in the intervals. The place was entirely renovated and is beautiful. Only the concert hall is modern the rest has the patina of old times. Don't miss a concert there.

“Wonderful place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

The place is really nice. It's not big but the acoustic is really nice. The architecture of the whole building is preserved and beautiful.
If you have opportunity to see a presentation here, don't miss it. It doesn't matter if it's not a famous singer or orchestra, the time here is priceless.
The place is gorgeous during the night, but the nearby area is dangerous. So, try to visit during the day.
