It is better to make a reservation, especially on Sundays. When you arrive you feel welcome, the ambience is nice and the transparent glass that separates the dining room from the kitchen gives you a feeling of confidence. Most of the Waiters are courteous and the Maître speaks also English. There is a wide variety to choose from the menu, everything typically Brazilian, from all parts of the country – whatever that means since the country is huge with an infinite variety of tastes and smells. We go there often and have tried many different appetizers, entrees and deserts, all prepared with competent diligence. The place is suitable for many patrons: singles, couples, family with kids and small groups. Often one sees Mr. Alex Atala, the mastermind of the place, around, overseeing the entire operation.
If you like Brazilian food or if you want to take a foreign friend to eat well, it is the place to go.
