“Ok for short stays”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2012

I stayed there a week for business purpose. Unlike many people, I have not been that annoyed by the planes, that I hardly heard when the windows were closed. The room are quite dark and yes, the bathroom is closed.
The breakfast is buffet style: nice but nothing outstanding.
The laundry service is surprising. The bring back your cloth after 22:00 the day after.
The bar is very small, and the lobby is alway
The hotel is located near a shopping mall.

When I arrived, it took 1h30 to come from the airport. It took more than 3hrs to go from the hotel to the airport! That is Sao Paulo!

Nice hotel , very well placed at the side of a good shopping center and close the airport.
Some rooms are pretty new and very comfortable. The breakfast is enough for working people.

Room Tip: I'm prefer the opposite rooms ,because it's more quitily .

Stayed here for 6 days. The breakfast is actually pretty good and most of the staff are pretty friendly. The hotel itself is however showing its age and is somewhat run down. The rooms are tatty and the decor in the common areas somewhat threadbare. The gym has a small selection of horrible 1980s vintage equipment and the steam room is vile. The pool is decent although it was being refilled for 2 days while I was there.

Location wise, be aware that this hotel is (currently - the Metro is being extended but it'll be a while) nowhere near a Metro stop which means expensive taxi rides through epic traffic to get anywhere.

The bar is horribly soulless, even for a business hotel. Horrible furniture discourages any kind of relaxation and the marble veneer everywhere in the lobby means it's deafeningly loud. It's very close to the domestic airport so expect loud airplanes flying overhead all day long.

Great location, and that's the only advantage. It's a huge hotel, but doesn't have enough staff. So, if you need anything from the reception, be patient till someone picks up your call. Also, I ordered a simple tea at early night and it took me over 30min to get it. The cabo TV sign was off when I stayed there and the free wifi is slow. The price is so high because Sao Paulo doesnt have an extensive hotel chain, so, a few events happening around the city and you can't get a place to stay if you didn't book in a great advance. There is a great shopping mall right next to the hotel, which might be considered a good thing, and a supermarket across the street, in front of the mall.
