Great view on Ipanema and Copacabana beaches, not that many people which is good, worth climbing up the rock to make some great pictures
Nice view... It really worths to climb the little rock and wach the beaches of Ipanema and Leblon from the hights.
The last small area of beach, before you hit the rocky outcrop separating Copacabana and Ipanema.
This is a continuation of Ipanema and Leblon beaches with little distinction between where one ends and the other one starts !
Very nice with its own 'Arpoador Hotel and restaurant on the promenade.
Good beach for surfers and great for watching the sunset over Vidigal from up on the rocks. No good for swimming as the surfers are there in droves.
This is the best beach to watch the sun go down in Rio. Grab a coconut water or a beer form one of the several vendors in the area, walk to the arpoador rock, sit down and take it all in. Again, careful with valuables. I never had a problem in Rio because when I go i dont wear jewerly, cameras are putting away...
