We stayed at the Windsor during the final weekend for the World Cup. The room was really comfortable, except for the bathroom which was a bit disappointing considering the price of the hotel - just a basic shower. The food was fairly good and the general vibe amongst the staff is ok. They're not overly enthusiastic and communicating in English can sometimes be challenging. Overall tho - a great location and a good hotel in Rio with easy access to the major tourist attractions.
