Brasserie Rosario has been there not for a very long time but it is already one of carioca's (person born in the city of Rio de Janeiro) first options for eating on weekdays in downtwon. Near the Church of Candelaria and right on the so called "Cultural Corredor", it is very busy for lunch from Monday to Friday, so arrive by noon, otherwise you'll have to wait for sitting. Ask for the hors d'oeuvres, draft beer (or wine, they have a nice selection) and try the grilled options. And please, don't you dare to miss the desserts. The waiters will bring a tray showing the jewels of the day prepared by their Chef Patissier. Some evenings, you can come for the 6PM Happy Hour, with always some good music going on. Enjoy!
