We booked here after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and seeing it was easy to book via booking.com and we were not disappointed.
The hotel is located only a few minutes walk from the central bus terminal, from where you can catch buses to Iguazu Falls, itaipu dam and anywhere else in town. Plus the international bus to Argentina stops just on the corner outside the hotel. The guy at the reception was really helpful and gave us a town map and explained what buses we needed.
We stayed in a double room with private bathroom. The hotel is pretty new and so everything is really clean and works well. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom amazing. The shower was great! The included breakfast was really good too, buffet style and on early enough if you want to make an early start for the Falls. There is a common room with a TV and computer, our room was off this area but we weren´t disturbed by anyone watching TV too late. I think most of the people staying are 25-50+ so are quite respectful of other guests.
There are loads of Arab eateries on the street for a quick and easy meal. Otherwise if you walk straight out of the hotel, across the road onto a side street for one block, then turn right onto Av. Brasil (it runs parallel to Av. Juscelino Kubitschek) there are a lot more options. This road is a shopping street, most food here is open in the day-time. If you follow this road a few blocks to the end where it meets Av. Jorge Shimmelpfeng and turn left, you will be at where all the night time bars and restaurants are. We walked this in the evening and felt safe, however most buses that run down Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek, turn onto Av. Juscelino Kubitschek (and vice-versa) so you can bus there and back. I recommend one evening at this end of town, we ate at Laos Lounge Bar and it was great!
The wi-fi worked most of the time, the actual internet service would drop in and out, but the wifi signal was great, so this was a provider problem, but it worked enough for general use.
When arriving the hotel doesn´t actually have a street sign, there is an address up on the wall next to the entry. SO make sure you have the street number handy for the taxi or if you are coming from the bus terminal. The hotel front is actually a massive cream coloured gate in front of a drive-way with an intercom.
I recommend this to anyone staying in Foz do Iguacu.
