“Five stars were it not for the price...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013

Great fun tooling around in a big zodiac through, over and especially under the falls of the mighty Iguacu river. A bit pricey though, and that is why only four stars...

“Get out there”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2013

Staying at Hotel days Cataratas, we booked a trip on the Iguassu river that started with a bicycle ride 9km through the jungle to the river, then a boat trip and kayaking. If you haven't been on one of the rivers in the Amazon basin, then this is a must. The river is wide and slow up from the falls, and the jungle comes right down to the river edge. You may spot caiman, capybaras, birds, fish and otters amongst other things. There are spots with rock barriers across most of the river width, and depending on the river height, perhaps even a little white water. And all the while is the roar of the falls downriver, reminding you that the peaceful watercourse you are on ends in a tumult not that far away!

“Falls on the brazil side”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2013

It was breathtaking. On the brazil side you see much more beauty and wide open landscape than on the other side. Great place to be!

“Mighty River”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2013

The noise coming from this mighty river is awesome and the amount of water streaming over the falls is so huge in volume one has to see it to believe it especially coming from a country such as Australia which was in drought at the time.
